The food was really good, with generous portions, and the place was packed. They were upfront about a delay in making the food because they were so busy, and that was appreciated.
I ordered a tall stack of buckwheat pancakes and it was way too much for me, and I was hungry. My kids had crepes and waffles and both were scrumptious. My wife's omelette and potatoes were also excellent. I'd definitely come back. -

Walked in to a dated front, strongly lacking any cleaning or serving staff.
The older staff working as waitresses were too busy talking to even bother to get up.
The open broken down hostess station was extremely unprofessional.
Again very dated and in need of good cleaning.
Just with the kitchen door swinging open could see lanolin lifting so high that it's amazing it hasn't caused serious injury's.
The people that do work, out front are not nearly enough.
CONSTANT yelling from owners to staff.
Food is very basic.
Would 100% not EVER recommend this restaurant. -

Basic breakfast, nothing more. Lot of 5 star reviews on here, don't really see anything special about this place. Service is good, staff is friendly, but nothing special about the food.

This is the best breakfast in town. It's decor and ambiance will not "wow" you, but what do you want? A good breakfast, lunch or dinner, right?
I've been coming here for years as a single person as well as now with my family. The menu is wonderful and they serve breakfast all day. They can handle large groups easily as well as substitutions on the menu. They keep the coffee coming and it's always fresh. Everyone working is very down to earth and friendly. You will get hit with the church rush on a Sunday. -

Did the last guy mistakenly go into an old diners establishment expecting chop sticks and sushi? The fact that he attacks the elderly and peoples religious beliefs and somehow links the two to a diners review is appalling. It's like saying I don't eat at McDonalds because it has handicap access. Get a reality check and a heart!
This place has it down. A good breakfast at a fair price, it is everything you would expect walking into a breakfast joint with syrup, sugar and yes coffee mugs to greet you at the table. It is a good change to the usual Denny's, and hey, it's local!
